Domestic orders (within Switzerland) will be shipped for a flatrate of 11.00CHF (tracked and insured). The package will usually be delivered within 24 hours (workdays) after dispatch. In case, you ordered goods with various dispatch times, the order will be shipped as soon as it is complete (longest time to dispatch as reference).

Please note: During checkout, it is necessary to state your phone number for international orders. Depending on your country, logistic partners will likely inform you about your package/clearance upfront of receiving the package. International orders will be shipped for a flatrate of 38,00CHF (tracked & insured) no matter how many products are ordered. The time of delivery depends on your location. In case, you ordered goods with various dispatch times, the order will be shipped as soon as it is completed (longest time to dispatch as reference).

What is included on the shipping Flatrate?

The flatrate includes the postage (shipped priority, tracked & insured via Swiss Post), environmentally friendly, fully bio-degradable / recyclable packaging, administration costs for the freight documents and all handling fees to ship your package.

For transparency reasons, the true costs for postage only(!) not including any of the other features (packaging, administration etc) for some selected countries are listed below for consideration and can be found on the official site of the Swiss Post. With the flatrate of 38,- CHF the client pays the postage, respectively only a part of the postage. All other costs for remaining postage, packaging, administration and handling are covered by Prettie Lanes.

Being a slow fashion, made-to-order company, items are made especially for you after your order has been placed. If you wish to return an item (thats was not made-to-order or customized), please do so within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. All items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all orginal tags attached and in the same condition as it was received. After having received your returned item PRETTIE LANES will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. The customer is advised to return items tracked & insured.
