Being a slow fashion, made-to-order company, items are made especially for you after your order has been placed. Thank you for understanding that PRETTIE LANES cannot offer any returns on made-to-order & customized items.

If you wish to return an item (thats was not made-to-order or customized), please do so within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. All items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all orginal tags attached and in the same condition as it was received. After having received your returned item PRETTIE LANES will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. The customer is advised to return items tracked & insured. Non - returnable goods: Please note, that all made-to-order products, true vintage items, 'made-to-measures' and customized items and jewelry (hygienic reasons) cannot be returned.

If a client refuses an order upon delivery that is in consequence returned to PRETTIE LANES, the client has to cover all costs for the return and the additional new shipping of the order. Order cancellations for made to order products are at no point of time accepted.
