U.S. ORDERS VALUED BELOW $800

Orders from U.S. based clients valued under $800 will include all obligatory import tariffs and fees plus the shipment flatrate of 38,-CHF under "shipment costs" at checkout* as per regulations of the U.S. administration. No additional invoice, no additional payment - the price calculated at checkout is all you pay.

You will then receive your order (valued under $800) without any additional charges at your doorstep.

U.S. ORDERS VALUED ABOVE $800

U.S. orders above $800 will exclude tariffs and only show the regular shipment flatrate of 38.00 CHF. Tariffs will be invoiced to you directly by your local U.S. customs border control, like it used to be in the past. Orders from 700,- CHF order value ship free of charge.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PRE-PAY TARIFFS?

For clients ordering for the USA, the pre-payment of U.S. tariffs is obligatory as per new regulations of the U.S. administration to ship to your country. It is not a policy set up by PRETTIE LANES. All additional fees charged by Swiss Post and U.S. border control are covered by PRETTIE LANES at your convenience.
