HOW DO I ORDER?
At my shop you can find Fashion designed and handmade by me (and some hand-picked true vintage dresses),
When ordering a product of my collection, it will be manufactured in a standard size or according to your
(1) When you found a product you want to order, put it into the cart by clicking the 'BUY' - button (right upper corner
of product page).
*Please always have a look at current turnaround-times that are stated below that button or you can find them at the bottom of my website.
(2) You can now go to checkout or further shop and add more products to the cart.
(3) Checkout Process:
(3.1) Shopping cart review, possibility to enter a discount code and to write an additional note to me - the seller.
(3.2) Enter your personal data (information with an asterisk are obligatory)
(3.3) Choose your payment method (--> payment options: Banktransfer/Pre-Payment, PayPal, Credit Card)
(3.4.) Review your order and confirm
You have successfully placed your order and will receive a confirmation email, including all information.
(4) In case you ordered a made-to.-measure item:
At the order confirmation page, you will be provided with a link that directly leads you to my measurement forms
to fill in your measurements right away or to do it later via the always accessible website tab 'Made-to-Measure Forms'
(5) Production Process:
(5.1) The manufacturing of your garment(s) starts after having received the full payment, in the turnaround time stated at the product pages at the day of the payment (not the day of your order. Especially applies to installment- and pre-payments).
(5.2) By that you should have send your measurements to me in the meanwhile. If there seems something unrealistic with your
measurements, I will of course contact you (in case of a made-to-measure dress)
(5.3) Pattern creation of your garment(s)
(5.4) Manufacturing/Sewing of your garment(s)
(6) Your order is ready to be packed (please note prolonged production times when you order more then one product)
and shipped out to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for your information.

MY FAVOURITE DESIGN IS SOLD OUT - WILL IT COME BACK AGAIN?
All of my designs are limited editions. Once sold out, a design will never come back in exactly the same style. ... It's gone forever. However, a similar design might come back in a different colorway/fabric in the future.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
You surely have a right of return on third-party products.
Excluded from this right of return are: made-to-measure clothing and any customized items, jewellery, true vintage items. If you want to return an item it has to be returned insured and at your cost. Your payment will be refunded (excluding initial shipping costs) within 30 days after your package was received by me and only if the items are in the condition they were sent. For further details and deadlines, please see my 'General Terms and Conditions' or my Shipping & Returns - section.
CAN I ORDER CUSTOM CLOTHING?
Special occasion? Wedding? Prom?
In case you have a special idea for a garment that you wish to order, please just contact me here or directly
via email: email@example.com. I am always happy to make dreams come true. However, capacities for individual orders are always limited and hence a 'first come, first served' policy applies.
So please plan wisely and ahead of time as turnaround times can vary between several weeks or regularly up to several months(!)
Please note: I am not offering reproductions on true vintage pieces. I appreciate and after all value the work of other artists/designers and the time and effort they put into creating a garment. I myself know, what it all takes and hence, I am not willing to simply 'copy' a design from someone else as this is not my approach as a designer/artist nor as a business woman.
WHAT DOES FLATRATE SHIPPING MEAN?
I fixed my shipping costs for my customers according to where you live. Flatrate shipping means that you can buy as many items as you wish for a fixed postage. For more information, please have a look at my 'Shipping & Returns' - section.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES WHEN ORDERING WITH YOU?
Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. So hence, if you are located outside Switzerland, you will have to pay import fees/duties for your order. The amount depends on your location and on the value of your order.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? (time to produce the garments)
All my designs are made-to-order. My current turnaround time is always stated on each individual product page below the price and at the very
bottom of my website. You will be notified by email as soon as I shipped your order. Please note: if you order ready-to-wear accessories or true vintage pieces and one of my designs, the order
will first be shipped as soon as the entire order is completed. In addition, if you order more than one garment, turnaround times are longer.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card (=PayPal without having an PayPal account) or payment in advance/bank transfer. I am glad to help you out with installment payments if necessary, just contact me in advance. More info
