** What is "remaining fabric" and a "Piece of Luck"?

At Prettie Lanes, previous to a new designs being launched, fabrics are roughly pre-cut in the different sizes offered in order to make the most out of the material (size-mix) and reduce fabric waste to a minimum. For full made-to-measure-orders however, the material remains uncut to accommodate any measurements given by the clients. This uncut material is very generously calculated to incorporate all possible size ranges and pattern matching. So once all made-to-measure-orders have been manufactured, the mix of which sizes were initially ordered by clients determines how much fabric is left of uncut material. So having enough remaining fabric for another piece is literally "luck" because it´s never predictable and dependent on the made-to-measure size-mix ordered (by i.e. having shorter custom skirt lengths, petite made-to-measures etc).

The remaining fabric therefore is of the same flawless quality like any other piece of the same design.
