Signature for all "Ruby Collection" designs, this model is an exclusive limited edition of only 5 pieces that are manufactured for the worldwide market*. You can choose between a standard size made for you (bust size between 32" up to 44"inches, with or without customizations) or a full made-to-measure.

 

Elegant double bow dress made of a medium-weight Cotton fabric with a wonderful crisp drape and a delicate, printed floral pattern, creating an overall matte feel, almost like a Damask. The colorway can be described as "Silk". A Grey-Beige pattern on a Pastel Grey-Beige ground (minimal Rosè undertones, no yellowish Grey). Custom colors are available (please follow instructions below)**. 

 

The dress is accentuated with Inky Black Cotton Velvet on the rounded neckline in form of a lined collar and two side bows. Shaped darts for a true vintage midcentury silhouette, short Dolman sleeves as well as a carefully hand-pleated skirt section. Back, lapped metal zipper. Lined bodice. Authentically, this model comes with an unlined skirt section - underskirt and/or crinoline/petticoat recommended to add volume and drape - just like back in the 1940s and 50s.

 

Authentic invisibly (hand-) sewn hems, facings and details all-over. Classic midi length (see sizing table) or custom length (Free of charge 0,00CHF).. Dress shown with a light petticoat, brooches & hats for style inspiration only, not included.

 

The dress comes with the matching oversized and extra long stole that can be worn in multiple ways. Flapping the stole over in the neckline area even creates a beautiful illusion shawl collar (see pictures).

Professional clean. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Steam medium heat (do not iron Velvet). Let fully dry after steaming.

The fabric has no stretch. Please note: The measurements stated in the table below are the measurements of the finished, fitted garment.

Which size to choose depends on whether your prefer a more loose or close fit. Please choose your dress size by your bust size. The waist size can be customized if needed (choose from customization list).

 

The sizes listed refer to your bust size. A size 36 has a final garment measurement of 36,5" in the bust. This means = best fit for a max bust measurement of 36" + 0,5" wiggle room.  If you have a bust of 36,5" you may size up if you do not prefer a snug fit. Please do not mix up with EU sizes - these are calculated differently.
