It is recommended to book as early as possible to secure your spot in the manufacturing schedule. Commission spots are limited per year, so even if your occasion is months away, it can happen that all spots for this time-frame are taken already if not booked early enough.

Please kindly note, that PRETTIE LANES does not offer: 

• Pure vintage replications (copies).

• Bridal fashions. 

• Styles other than 1940s, 1950s to early 1960s. 

• Tailoring based on sketches by other designers.

Each look is designed as a one-of-a-kind. The design created and owned by PRETTIE LANES might be reproduced for other clients, yet never in the same material choice and color. Your garment remains a unique combination of material and colorway. A promise - not a marketing stunt.

Prices stated are the 50% deposit of which 20% are a non-refundable consultation fee. The remaining balance will be invoiced after you chose your final design/material/color/details.

True vintage fashions, photographies, textiles & more are always welcome as a beautiful inspiration.

Choose your category and get your name on the commission manufacturing schedule by ordering from the above list. Please bear in mind the turnaround times stated and the "not offered" services mentioned.

(2) Not sure whether your vision can be brought to life?

Contact PRETTIE LANES upfront to discuss the possibilities of a custom commission.

Besides multiple email consultations, your bespoke commission order includes:

• 2 design sketches created by PRETTIE LANES to choose from (sent to you by email), taking into consideration all the details and wishes you mentioned during the consultation and listing all features of the looks in detail

• a choice of materials/fabrics matching your chosen category and ideas

• if applicable: adjustments to your chosen design to meet your wishes after review

• if applicable: adjustments to the material/ additional fabric choices after review

• your bespoke pattern is then created and your look is custom tailored to your measurements

Once agreed upon your design, materials and details, the remaining balance is invoiced (deposit will be deducted from the amount due).

Adjusting and modifying the initial design sketches is always possible during the design process. A close communication with you is key and prioritizing your wishes, while keeping the signature PRETTIE LANES look and feel is the primary goal to create YOUR dream garment.

Manufacturing times, including the design process, depend on your time schedule, due/event date, material and chosen style but are regularly between 5-12 weeks. You will receive a more defined time schedule after confirming your custom final design.

Please refer to the prices in the "Your bespoke look" list above. If you wish to commission a garment or accessory outside of the categories listed, please contact PRETTIE LANES for an individual rate.
