This dress is made of a lightweight Cotton fabric with a tiny floral pattern in shades of Dusty Pink and Pastel Pink on a Vintage White ground, creating the most powdery Blush color from afar. 

This model features an oval neckline (back neckline higher than front), bray stays to secure your straps, short dolman sleeves, a fitted bodice with formed darts for that ultimate midcentury silhouette, a fitted drop-waist part and a gathered skirt section. It can be worn with or without a petticoat to either add volume or leave it more flowy and leger.

Two small loops - on the left side of the skirt and on the right part of the shoulder - serve as the basis for the ribbons that come with this dress and offer so much variety. Two long, wide ribbons for the skirt part in Black and Floral fabric and two more narrow, shorter ribbons for the shoulder part in the same colors. 

You can mix and match the ribbon colors, add a brooch/brooches, flowers, you can even use the larger ribbon as a band for your hat if you pin it to it and use the smaller ribbon on the skirt or wear the dress without ribbons - the options are endless and suit occasions from a simple get together, a stroll in the park/on the beach, dinner, cocktails to a wedding, evening party and more.

Lined bodice and drop waist part. Skirt unlined (underskirt recommended to add full opacity to the lower skirt part). Back, lapped metal zipper. Authentic invisibly (hand-) sewn hems, facings and details all-over. Classic below knee length (see sizing table) or custom length. Dress shown with a petticoat - not included.
