The illusion of beautiful side flowers... available in a rainbow of colors. Other colors offered (except of Violet as shown) will not feature the outer Ripsband (plain felt).

This 1940s style, crown-shaped hat is made of thick, stiffened and blocked wool felt with hand-cut and shaped felt flowers on each side. The hat is wired in the front and back. It holds into place with a metal comb hand-sewn to the inner front anchoring down the hat to your hair. In addition, elastic loops invisibly attached to the wire crown serve as a base to pin down the hat with bobby pins . The hat is meant to be worn towards the very back of your head with the crown part not being visible from the front and only the side florals showing up - a perfect illusion. A regular crochet snood works also great with this style (not included, only for inspiration).

Order the matching brooch to complete a wonderful look (choose from customization drop-down). The brooch is made of the same Wool Felt and has a metal brooch back attached to it. When using a MagnaPin, you can even wear this brooch on a bag or other accessories.
