Beautiful bow dress and matching jacket made of a medium-weight Cotton fabric in delicate floral patterns of Magenta on an Deep Aubergine/Eggplant Purple ground, creating an overall Plum color shade of this ensemble. Photos are lightened to show details.

The dress features a rounded neckline with two slits in the front, two draped statement bows, shaped darts for a true vintage midcentury silhouette, short Dolman sleeves as well as a carefully hand-pleated skirt section with a box pleat in the front. Back, lapped metal zipper. Lined bodice. Skirt unlined. Matching belt included, hand-crochet belt loops. Authentic invisibly (hand-) sewn hems, facings and details all-over.

The open style jacket features 3/4 length Dolman sleeves with pointy cuffs, a cropped overall length and two big bound button holes that serve as the opening for the bows of the dress. This way, the draped bows do not add bulk to your bust area when wearing but rather beautifully show on the outside of the jacket.
